T-Mobile brings more affordable roaming to all its end and business customers. New and cheaper packages for travelers outside the EU respond to their current preferences and users can set them up very easily, for example, in the My T-Mobile application, and for corporate ones, for example, through the My Company portal. More convenient roaming at better prices was made possible by the setting of new conditions with local partners. Three 1GB roaming packages for data zones A, B, C are always valid for 7 days. The offer covers 121 non-EU countries defined in the valid Service Price List. There are also three packages with 2 GB for 30 days starting at CZK 379.  T-Mobile Czechia roaming data packages   

The packages were compiled on the basis of internal data and reflect the current preferences of the customers of the target destinations. The popularity of exotic countries and those previously undiscovered for tourism is growing more and more. The same goes for countries where customers do business.  Passengers outside the EU can therefore use data packages more flexibly and without worry, into which countries are divided according to the popularity and costs of local partners. 

“The preferences of our B2C and B2B customers traveling outside the EU have changed significantly since covid. That’s why we decided to simplify and adjust the roaming services to accommodate them as much as possible. According to internal analytics, we cover 98% of their needs with this new offer. Thanks to negotiations with partners, the expansion of the number of packages and the redistribution of countries, we also reached significantly lower prices, which we incorporated into our offer,”  said Maximiliano Bellassai, commercial director for residential customers at T-Mobile.

If the customer is preparing for the trip in advance, he can find everything, intuitively and very easily, e.g. in the My T-Mobile application, he just needs to enter the destination in the search field and choose the preferred amount of data. Even for those who do not have time to solve their data needs before departure, the operator has a solution. Upon arrival in the country, each customer will receive a welcome SMS with price information and a link to a welcome page on the website, which is free of charge, where the relevant offer of data roaming packages will be displayed. Everything is really easy and completely transparent – the user knows the price and parameters in advance,  including the amount of data, so there is no need to look for anything anywhere. There is also nothing to worry about when the data volume is used up, the data will be suspended. For further drawing, the package must be activated again; the extension is not automatic, the operator protects its customers, and there is no risk of unwanted data overdrawing. Nothing is charged without a purchase. The packages work as an additional service to the regular tariff from T-Mobile for a standard T-Mobile SIM (including a prepaid SIM), so it is not necessary to buy an additional eSIM or classic SIM card from local providers abroad.
