SK Telecom (SKT), South Korea’s largest mobile carrier, has launched a limited-time promotion offering a 50% discount on international roaming coupons, targeting travelers during the busy summer vacation season. SKT roaming coupon

Half-price coupons for Baro plans

The discount applies exclusively to Baro roaming data plans, SKT’s flagship international roaming service. Customers can purchase up to two discounted coupons per person during the promotion period. These coupons can be used when activating SKT’s roaming service while traveling abroad and are available via the T World app or SKT’s roaming website.

For example, a Baro plan that typically costs KRW 11,000 is now available for KRW 5,500, depending on the selected destination and data volume. This campaign covers a range of destinations across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

Yoon Jae-woong, head of SKT’s marketing strategy division, said,

In addition to discounted roaming coupons, SKT is offering in-flight Wi-Fi benefits based on the volume of the roaming plan purchased:

• 3GB or 6GB Baro plan: 20% discount on T In-Flight Wi-Fi
• 12GB Baro plan: 50% discount on T In-Flight Wi-Fi
• 24GB Baro plan: Two free uses of in-flight Wi-Fi

These benefits are aimed at travelers who need reliable data both on the ground and in the air.
