That’s exactly the kind of thinking behind life:)’s latest initiative in the heart of the Belarusian capital. For the first time in the history of the Minsk Metro, passengers can now purchase mobile SIM cards straight from a self-service vending machine, located in one of the city’s busiest underground hubs. The vending machine, installed at Oktyabrskaya station, offers not only mobile communication kits but also essential accessories like charging cables and headphones. It’s a practical solution that reflects the growing demand for on-the-go digital services, blending convenience with the fast-paced rhythm of metro life.

The machine currently dispenses SIM sets with the “Infinite” and “Infinite Pro” tariffs, each including a second SIM card as a gift. Users must activate their cards through the life:) Registration app, a process available exclusively to Belarusian citizens over 18.

In addition, the machine sells Micro USB, Type-C cables, and wired headphones, making it a handy pit stop for anyone in need of mobile gear.

Currently, the machine offers SIM envelopes with the “Infinite” and “Infinite Pro” tariffs. Each set includes an additional SIM card as a gift for a loved one. You must activate the SIM yourself after purchase – in the “life:) Registration” application. Let us remind you that this connection method is only available to citizens of the Republic of Belarus from 18 years of age. Along with the SIM card, metro passengers can purchase Micro USB, Type-C cables and headphones.

How it all works

  1. Select the product. Enter the serial number of the desired position on the machine keyboard.
  2. Pay for your purchase. Follow the prompts on the screen—attach your bank card or use Apple Pay, Samsung Pay to pay.
  3. Collect the item. After successful payment, the purchase will be moved to the dispenser compartment at the bottom of the machine.

Where can you find the machine? Oktyabrskaya metro station—near the escalator at the exit, which is combined with the exit of Kupalovskaya station, vestibule No. 1.
