Orange Poland extends free roaming services in the UK
Orange Poland has extended a promotion of its roaming services in the UK. The services will be available under the rates applied in the EU until 30 September. The earlier deadline for the promotion was 31 May. More about Orange Polska roaming find out below.
From January 1, 2021, Great Britain ceased to belong to the countries of the European Union. As a result of Brexit, mobile operators had to update the prices of calls in these areas – Great Britain and Gibraltar are moved from Zone 1 (EU) to Zone 2.
Due to the fact that it is still a popular destination for Poles – both in terms of tourism, work and family -Orange Poland wanted that their customers be able to continue to count on favorable conditions. Hence the promotion, thanks to which Orange users traveling to the UK are charged for phone calls, SMSs and MMSs in the same way as in the country.
The offer covered all Orange Polska customers – individual and business customers using subscription plans, as well as users of pre-paid, mobile and Orange Flex services.
Initially, its duration was planned until May 31st. This deadline has just expired, and Orange – seeing how many users are still willing to use these services – extended the offer for another 3 months.
