The past months show that despite the difficulties caused by the pandemic, Orange has strong foundations. We are pleased with the great result of Fiber Optic, the best in the history of this service, as well as the increase in the number of mobile subscription customers. Once again, we can boast the first place in the NPS ranking, reflecting customer satisfaction. This is due to the teams working on the front line, in showrooms and technology, which, despite the difficulties caused by the pandemic, consistently support our clients. Good results confirm that users appreciate the quality of our services, based on modern infrastructure, which we are constantly developing. We are facing challenges related to, among others with the construction of the 5G network and the pandemic situation that is changing dynamically. The solid foundations of business allow us to diligently prepare for them and react – said Julien Ducarroz, president of Orange Polska.
