‘Football Foari Streaming Offer’ is a promotional offer made to Customers of Ooredoo Maldives PLC (hereinafter referred to as ‘Ooredoo’) whereby Eligible Customers (as defined herein) will be offered 30 (thirty) days free access to Medianet MS Combo subscription on the Medianet Mobile Application, a mobile application owned and operated by Media Net Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘Medianet’), in the form of redeemable codes (hereinafter referred as ‘Promo Code(s)’), enabling Eligible Customers to watch Live TV and other content on their mobile devices through the service by redeeming the Promo Codes. This promotional offer is referred to herein as ‘Football Foari Streaming Offer’.

Customers of Ooredoo may avail the benefits of this offer in accordance with the terms specified herein.

Football Foari Streaming Offer will commence at 00:00:00 hours of 15th November 2022 and will continue until 23:59:59 hours of 21st December 2022 (hereinafter to as “Promotional Period”).

Eligibility

Customers who activate the following services/products of Ooredoo during the Promotional Period (referred to herein as ‘Eligible Customers’) will be offered the Promo Codes;

(a) World Cup Pack (add-on data package);

(b) Tourist Plan $35 (rate plan); and

Upon successful activation of the Roaming World Cup Data Pack during the Offer Period, Eligible Customers shall be able to use mobile data roaming services without an additional charge until the exhaustion of the 1Terabyte (1024 Gigabytes) 30 (thirty) days from activation. Upon exhaustion of the 1 terabyte (1024 gigabytes) the Customers shall be charged the standard roaming charges as per then current tariffs for postpaid roaming services of Ooredoo. For avoidance of doubt, Customer shall be charged for all other transactions made at then current tariffs of Ooredoo for the relevant services.

Upon successful activation of the Roaming World Cup Data Pack, Customers will receive a confirmation message from Ooredoo. Any use of roaming mobile data prior to the confirmation message shall not fall under the Ooredoo Qatar Roaming Offer and will be charged at then current tariff for roaming services.

Any Customer of Ooredoo holding a Ooredoo Passport SIM wishing to use the Ooredoo Qatar Roaming Offer shall switch to Postpaid Roaming services by changing the SIM Application settings of their mobile handset to Manual, Maldives.  Upon switching to which the Customer shall no longer be able eligible for the benefits of Ooredoo Passport services until the settings are reverted to the default as Automatic. 

Customers shall not be able to claim any reimbursement or refund for the Roaming World Cup Data Pack or any allowances which have not been utilized before the expiry of the Roaming World Cup Data Pack, or claim for money in substitution of the Ooredoo Qatar Roaming Offer.
