O2 Slovakia lifts EU roaming limits for extra EUR 5 per month

O2 Slovakia has introduced a new package allowing permanent use in EU states. The ‘EU Full’ option lets customers make as many calls and SMS as they like when roaming in the EU, and lifts any limits on using their valid data bundle across the EU. The option costs an extra EUR 5 per month. o2 slovakia roaming limit

When using o2 data roaming services, you still have the free Roaming Datalimit service, which makes it easier to keep bills and data consumed while roaming. o2 will automatically notify you of the limit of € 50, € 300 and € 1,000 when dating abroad.

How the Roaming Data limit service works o2 slovakia roaming limit

Every O2 Customer has the service active automatically and free of charge. The service can also be activated by sending a free SMS in the form of DATALIMIT A to the number 99222.
You can also set up the Datalimit service in My O2 in Packages and Services .

DATA LIMIT 50

If you reach 80% of the € 50 limit by using data services, we will inform you by a free SMS message.
The active Datalimit service immediately blocks data consumption when roaming after reaching the 100% set limit of € 50.
Data transmissions are automatically unblocked on the first day of the new billing period in the case of billed services, resp. on the first day of the following calendar month in the case of prepaid products.
You can cancel the blocking in My O2 in Packages and Services in the Additional Services tab, or by sending an SMS in the form of DATALIMIT to 99 222. Subsequently, you can continue data consumption abroad.
You can permanently deactivate the Datalimit service by sending a free SMS in the form of DATALIMIT D to the number 99 222.

DATA LIMIT 300

After reaching the € 300 limit, the active Datalimit service immediately blocks data consumption when roaming. We will inform you about it by free SMS.
Data transmissions are automatically unblocked on the first day of the new billing period in the case of billed services, resp. on the first day of the following calendar month in the case of prepaid products.
You can cancel the blocking in My O2 in Packages and Services in the Additional Services tab, or by sending an SMS in the form of DATUJPO300 to the number 9922. Subsequently, you can continue data consumption abroad.

DATA LIMIT 1000

After reaching the € 1,000 limit, the active Datalimit service immediately blocks data consumption when roaming.
Reaching the € 1,000 limit will also block the Internet service, ie data transmission not only in roaming, but also in Slovakia. We will inform you about the stay via SMS.
Data transmissions are automatically unblocked on the first day of the new billing period in the case of billed services, resp. on the first day of the following calendar month in the case of prepaid products.
To unblock the € 1,000 limit, contact Customer Line 949.

Your data consumption in EU and non-EU countries is included in Datalimit.
Datalimit includes surcharges in zone 1 applied after exceeding the set data limits, prices for data usage roaming in zones 2, 3 and 4, prices for data usage on airplanes, fee for O2 World roaming and Internet per day abroad. MMS is not included in the limit.
