Group 2, who are devoted 100 minutes per month, instead belong to Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Venezuela, Pakistan, Turkey and Morocco. Here, too, calls are to landlines and mobiles, with the exception of Turkey and Morocco, where the operator only offers calls to landlines.
