Lebara introduces international minute packages

Swiss operator Lebara has introduced two new options for international telephony under the tariff Europe. Find out how to use Lebara international minutes below.

Customers can choose either the add-on option:

which costs CHF 10 and provides 1,000 minutes for international calls to selected 45 countries (Country list: Argentina, Australia, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Brazil, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, China, Columbia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Martinique, Mauritius, Mayotte Islands, Mexico, Mongolia, Namibia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Swaziland, Taiwan, Thailand, United States, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, and Vietnam).

For both options Calling time minutes can be used for landline and mobile calls. The minimum duration is one month. If not deactivated, the option is automatically renewed every month. It is possible to activate the options multiple times within one billing period. Included minutes not used during the minimum duration period expire. Lebara Mobile offers low-cost international calls and national data plans. It offers both PAYG plans and SIM-only plans on flexible terms with no need of long-term contracts or credit checks.

Making an international call? Remember to dial the international code, followed by the country code and the mobile or landline number (without the 0 in the beginning). Are you connected to the network? You should be able to see Lebara or Vodafone displayed on your phone screen.
