Kuwait Airways and Plusgrade: A Partnership Elevating Travel Experiences

Kuwait Airways, a prominent carrier in the Middle East and Africa has entered into a multi-year partnership with Plusgrade, a global leader in ancillary revenue solutions for the travel industry. This collaboration introduces the “Just Upgrade” service, providing passengers with the opportunity to enhance their in-flight experience by upgrading their cabin class. The upgraded experience includes access to premium luxury services such as priority check-in, boarding, lounge access, and a specially curated dining experience featuring global cuisines. This partnership not only expands Plusgrade’s international footprint but also significantly scales its presence in the global travel industry.

In addition to the “Just Upgrade” service, the partnership also introduces enhancements to the Oasis Club loyalty program. Plusgrade’s loyalty business unit, Points, will power benefits for Oasis Club members, offering more choice and convenience in boosting their miles balances. Members now have the opportunity to make an immediate lump-sum purchase to boost their balance and reach reward goals sooner, thereby increasing Kuwait Airways’ ancillary revenue and member engagement.

Meshal Al Mutairi, Director of Customer Services at Kuwait Airways, emphasized the airline’s commitment to customer experience, stating, “We pay great attention to the comfort and needs of our valued customers and aim to offer the best services to make the journey enjoyable. We are pleased to expand our loyalty program offerings to give Oasis Club members even more ways to acquire their miles that will create memorable travel experiences.”
