Globaltel relaunches offer after Mts takeover
Serbian MVNO Globaltel has rolled out the new Freepaid monthly prepaid packages, with unlimited minutes and SMS to all networks in Serbia, 4G internet, and 1 GB of roaming for zone 1. The new offer follows the acquisition of the company by Telekom Srbija/Mts. Globaltel Freepaid
Customers who transfer to the Globaltel network by the end of January will get an additional 200 GB as a gift. Additionally, when buying a prepaid card, users get RSD 50 credit, 50 minutes/SMS, and 5 GB of internet.
The relaunch of Globaltel’s Freepaid packages is a significant development in the Serbian mobile market. It is the first major move by Telekom Srbija/Mts since acquiring the company in November 2023. The new offer is likely to be seen as a competitive threat to other MVNOs in Serbia, such as Telenor and VIP Mobile.
All packages are available without a contractual obligation.
