The eSIM service enables Apple Watch (Cellular) users to make calls, send texts, and so much more, even without an iPhone nearby. Dialog, the first in Sri Lanka to offer eSIM services for Apple Watches is also the only authorized eSIM service provider for iPhones and the first and only network to offer Voice over WiFi (VoWiFi or WiFi Calling) and VoLTE (Voice over LTE) in Sri Lanka.

One Number Service for Apple Watch

Dialog ONE NUMBER service for Apple Watch extends the connection from your iPhone to your Apple Watch, enabling you to make and receive calls and connect to the internet from your Apple Watch (Cellular) without needing an iPhone nearby.

Your Watch will have the same number as your mobile connection
Make/receive calls by connecting to the mobile network or Wi-Fi
Both Phone & Watch will ring simultaneously when a call is received
Send/receive iMessages (will not be able to send/receive SMS )
Calls and data usage will be charged to your mobile connection

Apple Watch, GPS + Cellular Series 3 and above global versions (Europe and Asia Pacific) supports e-SIM with Dialog (excluding US region models) including models ranging from the all-new Apple Watch Series 7, Watch SE, Watch 6, Watch 5, Watch 4, and Watch 3. The iPhone pairing with the Apple Watch needs to be an iPhone 6s or newer using the recently released software update of iOS 15.1 and the Apple Watch will also need to be upgraded to WatchOS 8.0.
