Drivers can travel throughout Europe without hassle or worry when it comes to charging their electric vehicles. The accrued costs are calculated in euros and bundled in one monthly bill – regardless of country, currency and the location of the charging stations.

The rates outside Germany are listed in two different country groups. Depending on the group, battery charging costs are either 0.79 € or 1.29 € per kilowatt hour. An overview of country rates is available (in German) at www.telekom.de/get-charge. There are currently more than 56,000 charging stations for electric vehicles in Europe. This number is constantly growing to promote e-mobility in all regions on the continent.

Customers have easy access to charging stations with their special GET CHARGE card or via app. The app bundles all of the important functions in the charging process: navigation, battery charging and payment – it also shows the availability of many charging stations in real time. Payment is transparent and calculated per kilowatt hour. There is no monthly fee or minimum purchase volume. GET CHARGE gives drivers in Germany access to approx. 21,000 public charging stations.
