The contact center is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Help in the house includes the services of plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, carpenters and glaziers, and the master arrives as soon as possible. Assistance is available on the territory of Montenegro by calling the ORYX Assistance contact center on the number 080 800 057, free of charge for service users. The agents of the contact center will assess the situation and send an executor to the field as soon as possible, who will eliminate the malfunction.

Roadside assistance and Home help are activated as additional options with some of the Telecom services. Activation is simple, and is done by sending an SMS ORYX 1 to 1477 for Home Help or ORYX 2 for Roadside Assistance.
