CMLink Italia provides high quality voice/data SIM cards tailored for expats for those traveling, studying or working in Italy. CMLink customers can purchase offers and services available in Italy, mainland China and the European Union.
The CMLink Italia SIM card can only be activated in Italy, it cannot be activated elsewhere, neither in Greater China (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan) nor in the rest of the European Union. After activation, it can be used in Italy, China and the European Union.
The CMLink Italia SIM offers many special services including (but not limited to):
1. offers that can be used in different locations around the world: the content of the offer can be used in Italy and in the European Union, also offering data roaming and roaming calls in Mainland China.
2. Support payment by WeChat, Alipay, VISA, Master, UnionPay and other top-up methods.

- The offer is available only for new customers (Switch to CMLink) who purchase the SIM between today and 30 June 2023. Customers must activate it within six months of purchasing the SIM.
- After the customer activates the offer, the fee will be charged in one go. The offer cannot be changed within the validity period. After the ‘Relax 100 Biennial Plan’ offer expires, it will automatically renew at the original ‘Relax 100 Biennial Plan’ offer price of €191.76/two years (Switch to CMLink).
- If the customer Port-Out or deactivates the SIM within the validity period of the ‘Relax 100 Biennial Plan’, the rates paid for the offer will not be refunded.
- Portability will happen automatically after the customer activates the SIM. If portability is not completed within 28 days of activation, the customer will not be able to successfully activate the ‘Relax 100 Biennial Plan’ offer. The first month’s offer will be charged at the ‘Super 100’ (New Issue) monthly offer price of €8.99 before the next month’s renewal. The remaining credit (158.8€) will be returned to the account number CMLink.
- The monthly offer includes 100GB of Internet traffic, usable in Italy and in the specified EU areas; 7.37GB of Internet in EU Roaming is included, exceeding 7.37GB, in addition to the consumption of the GB of the offer, a surcharge of €0.00238 will be applied /MB until credit runs out, EU roaming data will be adjusted in real time according to the latest regulations of the EU Roaming Regulation.
- The monthly offer includes unlimited minutes, to Italian and European numbers, in compliance with the Fair Use Policy. Receiving calls in Italy is free.
- The monthly offer includes 200 SMS to national numbers.
- The monthly offer includes 1000 minutes of calls from Italy to mainland China and Hong Kong.
