Claro Peru launches regional ‘roam like home’ offer
The “Sin Fronteras” roaming offer is available to Claro Max and Claro Max Negocios subscribers and covers 17 countries throughout the region, including Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Uruguay and, for premium subscribers, the US.Â
How to activate Claro roaming on mobile phone?
Go to “Settings”.
Then select “mobile data”.
Select “data roaming.”
Finally select the “activate” option.
Turn off your cell phone and when you turn it on you will enjoy the Claro Peru Roaming service.
Keep in mind:
– If you are abroad and you are going to call a landline you must dial the + sign (country code) (city code) (number). To call a mobile phone in Peru you must dial the sign + (country code) (number).
– When you use up your minutes, SMS and megabytes assigned in these 16 countries, the additional rates of your Claro MAX plan will apply.
– Calls received when you are in one of the Borderless countries are also deducted from the minutes of your plan.
