!hej Tourist+ start package includes an initial amount of 1KM on the main account and 100GB of Internet traffic. The user of this package can activate the data and voice options defined by the Tourist tariff options price list, which can be activated on the existing !hej Tourist package with 20GB bonus.

How to activate eSIM?

• Connect the device to the Internet (Wi-Fi).
• Scan the unique QR code from the voucher with your device’s camera, following the on-screen instructions. The downloaded profile can only be active on one device at a time. The profile can be downloaded up to a maximum of five times.
• Activate eSIM number. After successfully installing the eSIM, make an outgoing call or send an SMS message, and your !hey number is ready to use.

If you are abroad and want to activate an eSIM profile from another operator, please note that you do not delete (Delete) the existing ERONET profile in the Settings of your mobile device, but only disable (DISABLE) it. This way, upon returning to BiH, you can enable (ENABLE) the use of the profile again.
