TeleGeography’s GlobalComms Database says that Tacom is 100% owned by ZET Mobile, itself reportedly owned by Hasan Asadullozoda, the brother of President Emomali Rahmon’s wife. On 5 April 2018 Russian-backed, Amsterdam-headquartered VEON agreed to sell its 98% stake in Tacom to then-2% shareholder ZET for an undisclosed price via a British Virgin Islands-registered holding company, completing the transaction on 8 June 2018.

Beeline Tajikistan’s roaming services

With Beeline Tajikistan’s roaming services, subscribers can use their mobile devices to make and receive calls, send and receive text messages, and use data services while traveling outside of Tajikistan.

Beeline Tajikistan has agreements with a large number of mobile network operators in different countries around the world, which allows its subscribers to access roaming services in many locations. Subscribers can use the Beeline Tajikistan website or mobile app to check the availability and rates of roaming services in different countries.

Beeline Tajikistan offers both prepaid and postpaid roaming services. Prepaid roaming services allow subscribers to pay in advance for roaming usage, while postpaid roaming services allow subscribers to use roaming services and receive a bill for usage later.

It’s important to note that using roaming services can be more expensive than using services within the home network, and the rates for roaming services can vary depending on the location and the network operator. Therefore, subscribers should check the rates and conditions for roaming services before traveling and consider alternative options, such as purchasing a local SIM card, to avoid high roaming charges.
