Beeline Kazakhstan raises rates of international calls for business customers

Mobile operator Kar-Tel, working under the Beeline Kazakhstan brand, announced that it plans to raise rates of international calls for its business subscribers from 08 July. Beeline Kazakhstan international calls

The cost of sending SMS to international destinations will change from 15 tenge to 29 tenge per SMS, including VAT.

Operator also inform that since May 29 they launched the new International B2B service  , which will help optimize the costs of international communications.

Kazakhstanis got the opportunity to pay for public transport and make money transfers through Telegram

Beeline Kazakhstan has introduced money transfers using the messenger Telegram. Customers also can pay for public transport tickets in the cities of Nur-Sultan, Shymkent, Kyzylorda, Aktobe and Petropavlovsk on the messenger.

The event is commented by Anastasia Lee, Head of Sales and Regional Development, Digital Financial Services Department: “Today messengers set communication trends and simplify the communication process for millions of people. We try to provide our subscribers with the most convenient and modern channels for paying for services from the balance. To the standard SMS, USSD channels and payment through the My Beeline application, we implemented the possibility of payment in a telegram bot. It’s even easier to pay for transport or transfer money from your mobile phone! ”

To make a payment in transport it is necessary:

1. Log in to the Telegram chat Beeline Dana Official Bot (this is only necessary when you first enter the chat bot);
2. Send a message with the words “Payment for transport”, “Directions”, etc. etc. (there will be many synonyms);
3. In response to this message, Dana will send information about this service, as well as a clickable button for payment;
4. Click on the button to pay;
5. Enter the transport code (the transport code is indicated on the stickers placed in the bus interiors);
6. Funds for travel will be debited from the mobile balance;
7. The ticket will be provided in the form of SMS.

To transfer from balance to balance, you must:
1. Log in to the Telegram chat Beeline Dana Official Bot (this is only necessary when you first enter the chat bot);
2. Send a message with the words “Transfers”, “Money transfer”, etc. etc. (there will be many synonyms);
3. In response to this message, Dana will ask you to indicate from which number to transfer;
4. Next, you will need to send the recipient’s number;
5. Indicate the amount of transfer;
6. Receive an SMS code and enter it;
7. Receive an SMS about a successful transfer.

The commission within the Beeline network, from number to Beeline number, is 0 tenge. To numbers of other operators up to 5000 tenge – 0%, over 5000 tenge – 1% of the transfer amount.
