A1 Bulgaria updates daily roaming plans for outside EU
A1 Bulgaria customers can now benefit from even more attractive conditions for calls and mobile internet while traveling abroad. With the new conditions of the A1 Roaming Revolution tariff plan, the telecom’s private customers will be able to use minutes, SMS, and MB in the European Union according to their national plan and fair usage policy. A1’s business customers can also benefit from better conditions with the renewed Business Roaming Revolution roaming plan, with no daily charge within the EU for consumption up to 1000 MB per day.
When traveling abroad, customers will be charged for roaming services according to the zone they are in, not per country as before. The reactivation fee is also waived upon suspension and reactivation of the roaming plan. Thus, even on longer journeys, with more destinations included, they can predict their costs for communication services. For Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey, and Great Britain (Zone 2), the roaming plan provides private customers with unlimited minutes for calls and 500 MB per day for a fee of BGN 4.99. For business users, the plan includes 1000 MW and the daily fee in this area is BGN 5.99, excluding VAT.
Zone 3 includes 18 countries, including Switzerland, Montenegro, and Albania, and traveling A1 subscribers can benefit from 500 MB per day and a preferential price of 0.59 cents per minute for BGN 9.99 per day. In zone 3, business customers will be able to talk at a price of BGN 0.49 per minute and surf within 1000 MB for BGN 14.99 excluding VAT per day.
The fourth zone includes the largest number of countries, among which are the exotic destinations of Egypt, Tunisia, the UAE, Maldives, the Dominican Republic, Qatar, Vietnam, and many others. The package for Zone 4 has a daily price of BGN 19.99 and includes 500 MB and BGN 1.99 per minute for outgoing and incoming calls. Business subscribers are provided with 1000 MB per day, the daily fee in this area is BGN 29.99 excluding VAT, and the price per minute of call is BGN 1.59 excluding VAT.
All countries that are not included in the other zones fall into Zone 5. It has no daily fee, and for private customers, the price for 1 MB is BGN 9.99, and for business subscribers, – BGN 7.99 without VAT. Incoming and outgoing calls for consumers cost BGN 2.99 per minute, and for business customers – BGN 1.99 excluding VAT per minute.
