Starting from October 1, 2021, the subscription fees of tariff plans for individuals and legal entities, cost of calls for some tariff plans, cost of roaming services, international calls, as well as the amount of one-time fees and tariffs for some special and additional services will increase. The increase in the cost of basic mobile communication services will be in average 4 % within the limits set by the regulator in accordance with the legislation.

In addition, starting from October 1, 2021, some additional services of minutes and internet packages that are no longer relevant will be phased out to simplify the company’s portfolio of services.

At the same time, additional mobile Internet services, “500MB Package”, “1GB Package” and “3GB Package”, as well as “300 On-Line Minutes”, “Unlimited On-Line Minutes”, “50 On-Line Minutes”, “150 On-Line Minutes”, “Unlimited On-Line Minutes” packages will become available for connection to all voice tariff plans users, both individuals and legal entities.

The price of additional services for unlimited Internet at speeds from 512 Kbit/s to 16 Mbit/s for individuals, as well as the “Unlimited Youtube” and “Unlimited Minutes to All Networks” services will change on September 30, 2021.

The cost of the Internet over and above what is included in the monthly fee, the cost of on-net minutes, minutes to other networks, as well as the cost of SMS and MMS for most of the existing tariff plans for individuals will remain unchanged. The amount of monthly installment payments for equipment under previously concluded contracts also remains unchanged.

In addition, from October 1, 2021, the cost of basic fixed-line services for legal entities will change, with an average increase of 4 %. At the same time, several archive tariff plans with Internet access speeds of up to 12 Mbit/s will be closed. The users of these tariff plans will be transferred to the tariff plan “Internet for office 20” with an increase in the speed of up to 20 Mbit/s, as well as the possibility to connect up to 5 SIM-cards on special conditions with unlimited Internet and calls to all networks and up to 5 licenses for “Conference Call for Business” and “Business Email” services.
