4G roaming available for Free Mobile users in the US
The Free Mobile subscriber base continues to grow around the activation of 4G in international roaming. A new destination has just been added to the list – the United States. More about Free 4g roaming in the US is below.
A subscriber to the 19.99 € / month package including 25 GB / month in roaming, had the pleasant surprise of hanging the 4G of the AT&T operator in Chicago and sending it on Twitter.
As a reminder, subscribers to the most expensive package of the operator can also enjoy unlimited calls, SMS, and MMS from and to the US since 2015.
Free mobile integrated last January the availability of this technology from abroad in the tariff brochure and the standardized form of its 100 GB package to 19.99 €.
Free Mobile subscribers now have 4G in roaming while traveling in Italy (Iliad network), Belgium (Base), Switzerland (Salt), Portugal, Luxembourg (Post), Germany (O2), United Kingdom (Vodafone), Austria, the Netherlands (KPN), Canada (Telus) and Russia (Beeline) but also Greece, South Africa, Canada (Telus), Denmark (TDC), Israel, Romania, Turkey (Turkcell), Spain (Vodafone), Croatia (Tele2) and Iceland (Nova).
No activation operation is necessary to take advantage of your Free Package if you are in an included destination: all you have to do is make or receive a call / SMS / MMS or establish an Internet connection from the destination.
