3 Denmark customers now have the freedom to use their phones as they do at home in a total of 78 countries worldwide. At the same time, 3Pro Extra is expanded to Ghana and Bangladesh, bringing its total coverage to 100 countries. There’s no secret that 3LikeHome is a major draw for travel-hungry Danes, and with today’s expansion, it just got even better to be a customer of 3. Private customers can now take their mobile habits to South Africa and Costa Rica.

The expansion is carefully considered, says 3’s Chief Operating Officer, Malou Back:

3Business Adds Bangladesh and Ghana to 3Pro Extra

The new expansion of the 3LikeHome countries is available to both private and business customers. Companies with the 3Pro Extra add-on will now benefit from the inclusion of Ghana and Bangladesh. This means companies can send employees to even more destinations without additional roaming charges.

3LikeHome – From 6 to 78 Countries

Since the launch of 3LikeHome in 2014, which initially allowed mobile use in six countries, the list of supported destinations has grown significantly year after year. Today, 3 offers extensive international coverage for both private individuals and businesses.

This means private customers can use their phones in 78 countries, while business customers can use their subscriptions in 79 countries. Additionally, business customers with the 3Pro Extra add-on can now use their subscriptions in a total of 100 countries.

In addition to the new destinations, 3LikeHome already covers the entire EU, the UK, the USA, Thailand, Turkey, and many more countries across the globe.
