• The offer is valid for foreign rechargeable customers born abroad, who activate a new line.

• You can take advantage of the offer if you have credit on the TIM Card.

• Unused content at the end of the period is lost.

• The offer is for an indefinite period with automatic renewal every month, which occurs within a maximum of 4 hours from midnight on the expiry date and is confirmed with an SMS. Any calls made before the renewal of the option are charged according to the basic tariff plan; while for any Internet browsing the Flat Day basic rate is applied.

• TIM Cards that have active offers with renewals on residual credit must have sufficient credit to cover the cost of the renewal in order to renew themselves (on the day of renewal of the offer). If the credit on the TIM Card is lower than the expected cost, the credit available at the time of the debit is used. In this case the offer remains active, but not usable. The TIM card will then have used up the remaining credit and will be active only to receive calls or SMS and to make emergency calls.

• With the Always Connected mode, however, it is possible to call, surf and send unlimited SMS in Italy and in the EU countries even in the event of credit run out, up to a maximum of 2 consecutive days, at a cost of € 0.90 / day. The aforementioned cost will be charged, together with the residual amount to complete the renewal of the offer active on the TIM Card, at the first top-up, for each day of actual use.

To use the Always Connected mode, simply make a call or send a text message after running out of credit. To use the data traffic, it is necessary to provide explicit consent, through the prepared channels (SMS, IVR 40916 and IVR409168 and, for new customers, in TIM stores). At the end of the 2 days, in case of failure to recharge, the TIM Card will remain active only to receive calls or SMS and to make emergency calls.

• The activation and subsequent renewals of the offer determine the extension of the duration of the TIM Card by 13 months, starting from the date on which the activation or renewal takes place. During the thirteenth month the service will only work for the reception of calls and messages.

• For plans, options and / or promotions that provide traffic including unlimited voice and / or text messages to all without thresholds of minutes and / or text messages, unless otherwise evidenced by TIM, use in good faith is presumed to be outgoing not exceeding 18,000 minutes and / or 18,000 text messages in the month.
