The all-digital plan also includes 24/7 live chat customer service, and exclusive dining offers, such as 1-for-1 discounts at selected restaurants and cafes. According to Singtel, these rewards will soon expand to include ride-hailing, entertainment events and activities, and travel-related promotions.
There are no excess data charges if you exceed your data cap, but data speeds will be slowed. GOMO customers will also be able to top up S$10 for an extra 10GB data, 100 mins, and 100SMSes.
