Italy’s Very Mobile activates eSIM service
Very Mobile, the low-cost brand of Italian operator WindTre, has followed its parent company and officially launched an embedded SIM card (eSIM) service. very mobile esim
Unlike WindTre’s service, which is available at retail stores throughout Italy, Very Mobile’s eSIM can only be requested online when signing up to a plan costing EUR 4.99 a month and above.
Those who are already Very Mobile customers can request the replacement of the physical SIM with an eSIM:
- Open the Very app in “Offer”> “SIM and PUK info”
- Select “Write to us” and expressly request the operator to replace the physical SIM with an eSIM
- Wait for the email to access the video identification and then the one with the QR Code to download the eSIM
New customers will have to :
- Choose the offer between the two mentioned at the beginning
- Download the eSIM on your smartphone by framing the QR Code in the summary email
- Activate it by performing video identification very mobile esim
