The eSIM is a SIM chip that is embedded in the phone which can be used by loading an eSIM profile in the mobile device. Telenor customers can use eSIM as a main or secondary card in their phones. All new and existing customers who use the operator’s subscription plans can activate a new eSIM card for free or to change their SIM with an eSIM for a one-time payment of BGN 9.99. To change their SIM, customers need to visit a Telenor shop where to request an eSIM and to get their eSIM profile on paper.
The smartphones that support eSIM in Telenor’s network are the Samsung Galaxy S20 series, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, Huawei P40 Pro, iPhone 12, 12 Pro, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, XS, XS Max and XR.

The Smartphone Protect+ package covers accidental damage (such as screen breaking), and intentional, malicious damage caused by someone else, as well as theft, be it robbery, burglary or pickpocketing.
The policy can be terminated at any time, without due penalties.
