Moldcell said its BiP app was improved with the BiP Out function that allows end-users to call from abroad any fixed or mobile number in Moldova at a national rate. moldcell BiP app

YOU + subscribers can use national minutes included in the Subscription at a 1: 1 rate for network calls, even from abroad. To other national numbers, as well as the minutes of the Subscription, the national tariff of 1.5 lei / min will apply.

For other tariff plans, the national tariff of 1.5 lei / minute will apply for calls to national numbers, in Moldova and abroad.

To make calls home, customers can use minutes included in their tariff plan or be charged at a tariff of MDL 1.50 per minute if they don’t have any minutes.
