Over the years, Google Fi has continued to push the boundaries of seamless connectivity and was recently recognized as the #1 carrier for overall satisfaction in PCMag’s Readers’ Choice Awards.
Introducing the Most Affordable Unlimited Plan Yet
As part of its 10-year celebration, Google Fi Wireless is launching Unlimited Essentials, its most budget-friendly unlimited plan to date. Designed for users who need just the basics, this plan offers unlimited calls, texts, and data — with 30 GB of high-speed data in the U.S. — for just $35/month for one line.
Major Upgrades to Existing Plans google fi esim plans
The existing unlimited plans are also receiving significant enhancements:
- Unlimited Standard (formerly Simply Unlimited) now includes 50 GB of high-speed data (up from 35 GB) and 25 GB of high-speed hotspot tethering (up from 5 GB). The plan still offers coverage in Canada and Mexico and full smartwatch connectivity, all at the same $50/month for one line.
- Unlimited Premium (formerly Unlimited Plus) now includes 100 GB of high-speed data (up from 50 GB) for $65/month for one line. This plan includes all the benefits of Unlimited Standard, plus 50 GB of hotspot data, coverage in over 200 international destinations, six months of YouTube Premium, 100 GB of Google One storage, and data-only connectivity for tablets and laptops — all included.
All plans come with fast, reliable 5G coverage, Google account-level security features, spam call blocking, a built-in VPN, and full smartwatch support — at no additional cost.
Expanded Connectivity and iOS Enhancements
Google Fi Wireless remains the only major U.S. carrier to provide no-cost data SIMs for tablets and laptops, eliminating the need for tethering or a separate plan. This feature is now even more accessible with the introduction of data-only eSIMs, allowing users to connect newer Android tablets and iPads without needing a physical SIM card.
International 5G coverage is also expanding significantly — now available in more than 92 destinations. The network has more than doubled its global footprint by adding 54 new countries. International 5G is now available for both Android and iPhone users on the Unlimited Premium and Flexible plans.
Google Fi has also simplified and shortened the activation process for faster setup. With Apple adopting RCS messaging, cross-platform texting between Android and iPhone now supports high-quality media sharing and emoji reactions. Additionally, voicemail playback will soon be available directly in the Phone app, enhancing the overall experience.
Limited-Time 10th Anniversary Promotions
To mark its 10th anniversary, Google Fi Wireless is launching limited-time promotions for both new and existing users:
-
New customers can receive a Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel Watch 3 at no cost. The promotion includes an instant $300 discount on the Pixel 9 Pro, with the remaining $699 reimbursed via monthly bill credits over 24 months. A separate email code will unlock $100 off the Pixel Watch 3 instantly, with an additional $349 returned via monthly credits. This offer is valid until April 29 or while supplies last.
-
Existing customers can access exclusive rebate offers across the entire Pixel 9 lineup by checking their Fi account for personalized deals.
Google Fi Wireless continues to innovate and enhance the user experience, promising more updates and features in the months ahead.
