4ka to increase rates for international calls and premium numbers
Slovak mobile operator 4ka plans to change some of its international call prices and the cost of calls to its call-centre from March, reports Zive.sk.
Calls to states in Zone 2 will increase from EUR 0.34 to 0.48 per minute. This includes many European countries outside the EU, including Albania, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Moldova, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine, as well as the US and Canada.
Calls to the customer service centre, as well as to numbers with the 0850 prefix, will increase from EUR 0.04 to EUR 0.06. Calls to the info-line 1181 will cost EUR 1.48 instead of EUR 1.34. Calls to some premium numbers starting with 12 will be offered for EUR 1.48 instead o EUR 0.34.
4ka said that the increase is related to higher wholesale rates.
The operator earlier announced that it would raise monthly rates of its Sloboda and Sloboda+ data packages by EUR 2 from March.
