ZOL announces price increases from August

Zimbabwe Online (ZOL) has informed its customers that it will raise data tariffs by an average of 5 percent, despite industry regulator Potraz’s directive for mobile operators to reduce out-of-bundle charges in July, reports ITWeb.
On 21 June, Potraz provided ISPs a degree of flexibility, saying internet/data charges for ISPs will be left to market forces, subject to regulatory approval.
ZOL Zimbabwe is Zimbabwe’s leading Internet Service Provider (ISP).
