The mobile market has one of the highest penetration rates in the Balkans region. Three Croatia Telecom Companies dominate, though there is also room for a small number of MVNOs. • European Union, Schengen Member States and Member States associated with the Schengen area do not need a reason for traveling to Croatia or proof of paid accommodation

COVID-19 Testing Entry Requirements

The following countries DO NOT have any COVID-19 testing requirements: all EU+EEA countries and Switzerland.

All Other Countries:

Passengers arriving from all other countries not listed above will need to present proof of a negative PCR COVID-19 which is not older than 48 hours (counting from the time of taking the swab to arriving at the border crossing point).
