Frankfurt
The German city of Frankfurt is a beacon of modernity. Upon arrival, you’ll see looming buildings scraping the clouds. Despite it’s prevalent urban veneer, it has still retained a good chunk of its historic architecture like the Römer City Hall and the magnificent Gothic marvel, the Frankfurt Cathedral. It was also the hometown of literary luminary Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, who is mostly known for writing “Faust”. Whether you’re visiting this city to go shopping, to admire its incredible structures, or check out some museums, Frankfurt won’t disappoint.
