Check that the “communicate from abroad” service is activated, in your Customer Area or on the MySosh application (Offer and Options section). Free and with no time limit, it is essential to be able to make calls from abroad.
Check the destination country code to be able to call there.
Make sure your mobile device will work in your destination country.
To be able to consult your voicemail during your trip, remember to initialize the secret code of your voicemail by dialing 888, then 3 (secret code or option) and 1 (secret code) from mainland France.
