Sixty percent of EU public services available online

The European Commission published the report of the 14th Benchmark Measurement of European eGovernment Service, carried out by Capgemini and partners.
The pan-European study on the development of eGovernment services in the EU countries plus Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Serbia, Montenegro and Turkey reveals that three in five European public services are already online, more than half (54 percent) of which are mobile friendly (compared to 27 percent in 2015).
