Going to Czech Republic and love beer? This app is for you!
The application currently brings together about ten thousand restaurants and pubs throughout the Czech Republic, offering some of Pilsner Urquell’s beers and beverages, and excels at how detailed information on individual establishments provides beer lovers and other customers.
Pubs can be searched not only by name, location and brand of beer sold, but also by other criteria. “An important experience for visiting the restaurant today is for people. With our new application, we want to make it easier for them to find the one that meets their expectations. For some, in addition to beer on the tap is a garden, for other sports broadcasting or connection to Wi-Fi, hot cuisine, acceptance of vouchers or credit cards. All this Go for Beer app contains. And, of course, it is possible to filter out even the pubs that have received a new Star of Brewers award for the perfect beer care and the right tapping that we have launched this year, ” says Tomáš Mráz , Sales Director of Plzeňský Prazdroj.
The map part of the application distinguishes between individual types of establishments – special icons are marked tankrooms or concept pubs such as Radegastovna, Kozlovny, Srdcovky, Plzeňky and others. For each pub there is detailed information about the services offered, a contact phone or a click on its website.
“It is one of many of our activities, as we support domestic pubs and restaurants. In fact, we offer a free presentation option to the team, and we try to navigate other customers to them. We believe that they will also appreciate the new application, ”commented Tomáš Mráz.

Plzensky Prazdroj expects to include other pubs in the Czech Republic. ” For the time being, there are no seasonal establishments, but in the future, we would also like to offer skiers, cyclists or canoeists an overview of pubs, which are only open for part of the year, ” adds Tomáš Mráz. In addition, users will soon find competitions and other features in the app.
