Flexiroam’s Dedication to Excellence
The young company is dedicated to creating something worthy of customers’ time and money, in addition to solving the complicated data roaming problem and aiming to provide global connectivity.
“The recognition is the result of perseverance, passion & dedication from the Flexiroam team. Their effort made Flexiroam excel in three areas: Convenience, Coverage and Control. We aim to serve mobile users worldwide, beyond just Southeast Asia, reflecting to our vision – data anywhere” said Jef Ong, the founder and CEO of Flexiroam.
Dubbed as the 3Cs, Convenience, Coverage and Control are indeed at the heart of the company’s ideal services. Flexiroam is committed to power-up their customers with the convenience to travel with unlimited access to data worldwide. Additionally, give customers the freedom to control the quality of that service by connecting to their operator of choice through the company’s 580+ network partners globally.
“In line with coverage and convenience, we are working on expanding our services even further. We are in the midst of implementing coverage on airplanes to serve our customers in midair, WiFi coverage for more than just 3G or 4G, cruise coverage with satellite services and even in secluded areas. It is our aim to ensure that our customers enjoy data coverage anywhere on the planet” said Nicholas Yeap, Flexiroam’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Flexiroam’s solution is designed based on understanding the needs of customers while keeping an eye on the future, taking into consideration sustainability and environmental impact.
“Our team will continue to push for the best user experience through continuous innovation in our solution – solving the biggest problem faced by travelers. Our product is designed to be sustainable in nature, imagine if the world’s travelers stopped using disposable one-time-use traveler SIMs and switched to a solution that would last for a lifetime and compatible with various mobile devices – That is our Flexiroam X microchip” said Xin Lim, Flexiroam’s Vice President of Product Development.
“Our solution goes beyond solving the connectivity problem, it contributes to a greener and better world, and travelers would be able to leave lesser carbon footprints and feel good when they do travel” she added.
