The seller will help you install it on your smartphone. If you just want to replace your current SIM card, you can also do it from your Customer Area. Customers of a B & You Package can obtain an eSIM only as a replacement for their physical SIM. The request must be made in the Customer web space or on the customer space application. The subscription of a B & You line directly with an eSIM is not yet offered.
