Australia consults on changes to international mobile roaming regulations

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has released a discussion paper seeking comments on proposed changes to the regulation of international mobile roaming (IMR) services, including a draft Service Provider Determination that is proposed to replace an existing industry Standard.
